  • Market Vision's team of hotel professionals visits properties periodically as "mystery consumers" on behalf of owners and corporate management. They then provide a detailed report on the experience with service levels in the various operations areas of the hotel - the reservation process, check-in procedure, restaurants, housekeeping, laundry, front office, general interactions with staff.

    Our study team has actual hotel industry experience and knows what to look for, because of familiarity with standards in hotels worldwide, and an understanding of what the international traveller demands today in terms of hotel services.
