Gautam Sen Gupta - Director & Chief Executive Officer

Gautam Sen Gupta is the co-founder & Director of Market Vision and spearheads the hospitality and business consulting division of the company.

As the CEO of the company, he is responsible for overall business development and new service initiatives. He brings over 22 years of senior management experience to his role, having worked in the hospitality and the engineering industry sectors.

Prior to founding Market Vision, Gautam was Regional General Manager - Middle East for the internationally renowned Taj Group of Hotels, India. He worked 18 years with the Group in various senior management and marketing positions.

Gautam holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and is an MBA from the Sloan School of Management's Indian counterpart Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.



Kumud Sengupta -   Director & Chief Operating Officer

Kumud Sengupta is the co-founder & Director of Market Vision and is in charge of the research business of the company.

Kumud has 20 years of practical experience in the field of marketing and research. Prior to founding Market Vision, she worked as Director - Account Planning and Research with advertising agencies in India and the Middle East region. She also worked in the publishing industry for two years as a Marketing Manager of a financial newspaper.

Kumud holds a bachelor's degree in economics and is an MBA. As a research professional, she is a member of ESOMAR, the world association of research professionals.



Jim Sterne - Consultant - Marketing Strategies

Jim Sterne specializes in providing consulting services to e-business ventures. As a consultant, he helps clients set Internet marketing goals and determine customer relationship strategies.

Jim has spent more than 15 years selling and marketing technical products. Since 1994, Jim has devoted all of his attention to the Internet as a marketing medium.

He is the author of a series of books on advertising, marketing, sales and customer service on the Internet.

Jim regularly speaks on Internet marketing at conferences around the world, and has lectured at UCLA, MIT and Stanford University.
